Today marked my 5th day on a strict weight loss diet. I have tried many ways to loose weight:diets,exercise,no alcohol,detox…I am an online diet subscription junky. I have tried probably almost all of them,as soon as they come out.
The one I was able to stick the longest was iShape. I lost weight,cut down on wine and increased my exercise.
But now,I am still carrying around my baby fat and still looking 5 months pregnant. I needed a drastic measure to get myself going.
So I signed up with “Your Fat Loss Coach.”Being me,I need scientific proof before I believe anything. Their diet,looks a bit like a bunch of myth to me. But hey,if I can’t stick with anything else and nothing else works,perhaps a bunch of unproven techniques will do the trick. As long as it doesn’t kill me.
